Does Qteco provide IT support in English?
Yes. The whole team speaks English and several engineers are native speakers. The servicedesk, the Client Portal, contracts, reports and documentation are available in English, and Microsoft 365 is set up in the language your people prefer. There is no separate English desk: you get the same engineers who know your environment.
What does managed IT cost for a company in Eindhoven?
At Qteco from around € 89 per workplace per month for teams of up to around 20 employees and from around € 119 for organisations of up to around 40, all-in: Microsoft 365 licences, EDR security, backup, management, monitoring and SLA support. Can our head office abroad keep its own IT standards?
Usually yes. We work within your group’s Microsoft 365 tenant and security policies where they exist, and report to your head office in English. Where Dutch or EU law requires it, for example for personal data, NIS2 or data location, we tell you what has to be arranged locally and arrange it.
Where is our data stored?
Microsoft 365 data of Dutch tenants is stored in Microsoft’s EU region. For sensitive data, engineering IP and backups, Qteco offers sovereign cloud: Dutch Tier III/IV data centres, managed from Eindhoven, under Dutch and European law and beyond the reach of the US CLOUD Act. How do we switch from our current IT provider?
In four steps: intake and inventory, onboarding and takeover of management, daily monitoring and support, and periodic reporting. We coordinate the handover with your current provider and schedule disruptive work outside office hours, so your organisation keeps working.
