Publications: the standards and figures Qteco works with, to share and to cite.
Qteco publishes the baselines, checklists and cost figures it uses itself for the management and security of SMEs in Brainport and the rest of the Netherlands. Every publication has a version number, a date, an author and a described method, and is released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0), so boards, IT partners, insurers and regulators may reuse it with attribution.

Why Qteco publishes this.
A Managed Service Provider asks for trust: you hand over the management of your identities, data and security. That trust should be verifiable. That is why Qteco documents which minimum measures it applies, how it tests NIS2 and how a price per workplace is built up. Anyone who can read that can hold us to it.
Facts, not opinions
Every publication names its sources: Microsoft documentation, the legal text, the basic measures of the Dutch NCSC and the practice of the environments Qteco manages. Figures are Qteco's own figures, with price level and date.
Versions and review
A publication only changes with a new version number. The changes are listed at the bottom of every page. That keeps a citation verifiable, even years later.
